The member rate is available to current EPA members whose dues are paid for 2026. The group rate is available for two or more from the same member publication/organization. The daily rate for Tuesday includes lunch. The daily rate for Wednesday includes lunch and closing banquet. Rates will increase $50 after April 17.

PreCon Clinics

Two optional pre-conference clincs are offered from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11. Lunch is included.

Person-to-Person Consultation

Have your publication, website, or articles reviewed by a qualified colleague in EPA. Then receive a private consultation during the convention. The funds from this member benefit go into our Scholarship Fund.

CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelations before April 17, 2026, will receive a full refund. From April 18 to May 4, refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after May 4, 2026.
