Airport Shuttle Reservations
The Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) is 52 miles from Branson. Estimated taxi/rideshare costs range from $90-$120 each way.
EPA will be offering limited shuttle service from/to the airport. Shuttles will be available for arrivals on Saturday and Sunday, May 3 and 4, and departures on Wednesday and Thursday, May 7 and 8. The cost is $25 each way with advance reservations required.
- We may or may not be able to accommodate everyone, especially late arrivals or early departures. If we are unable to accommodate your time, we will let you know and give you a refund.
- Shuttle times may require extended airport waits from one to two hours or longer.
- Saturday shuttle service will be contingent on having enough demand.
- In order to arrive in time for the opening Sunday session which begins at 4:30 p.m., do your best to get a flight that lands by 2:00 p.m., although shuttle service will continue for later flights.
A few days before the convention, we will email info and instructions for boarding the shuttle, including how to notify us if your flight changes within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
If your flight changes 48 hours or more before your flight, please notify us by email at director@evangelicalpress.com.
Cancelations (with refunds) will be accepted up until 48 hours before your flight. We may or may not be able to refund cancelations inside 48 hours. There will be no refund for no-shows.
